Castle of Mayorga
This castle, located in the village of San Vicente de Alcántara in the province of Badajoz, has been an exceptional witness to diverse episodes of history.
For centuries this building has been a part of the defence line on the border with Portugal, it was very important for the Order of Alcántara and nowadays it is very well preserved and habitable.
