The palm trees that populate this park in Badajoz bestow an air of warmth on a place that is also used as a venue for fairs and exhibitions.
The centre of the city of Badajoz, the Castelar Park stands out for its high palm trees which lend it a warm, tropical air. The atmosphere is completed by a pond in the centre, with ducks and pigeons, where you can see a statue of the Romantic writer Carolina Coronado. Enjoy the company of the peacocks who stroll freely around this park which is also used as a venue for fairs and exhibitions.
