On the banks of the Zújar reservoir, near Castuera, we find the El Zújar Island, with Blue Flag, a nature spot where you can enjoy the tranquillity of the surroundings, the beauty of the landscape and the diversity of animals, apart from lots of sports such as climbing, hiking, orienteering or abseiling cliffs.
The "Isla de Zújar" Tourism Complex is on the island, where you will find accommodation, fun activities and water sports. -
