Situated in the sanctuary of Nuestra Señora de Belén, in the municipality of Cabeza del Buey, in Badajoz, the elms of the Ermita de Belén belong to the species ulmus minor. This is a group of trees that are over a hundred years old, held in high esteem in the village as they provide a resting place, and because of their environmental value. Elm trees distinguished as Singular Trees of Extremadura.
