The guesthouse is a single-storey with large and well-lit areas, contrasting with its rural exterior which integrates with its surroundings. Open to the outdoors, there is a central patio within the house, of 36 m2, with a skylight of 4 x 4 m, which allows the sky to be seen.

IT OFFERS:

• Four double rooms with en suite bathrooms (twin beds or double beds) and with the possibility of an additional bed and a single room with shared bathroom, with the possibility of being a triple. Two baby cots are available.
• 42 sq. metre sitting room with fireplace, large windows enabling wonderful views of the dehesa, with TV and DVD.
• The swimming pool, thinking of children’s safety, is fully fenced and with a double gate.
• Children’s games are available and there is a lot of space around the house to enjoy.
• The house has a modern system of renewable energy (geothermal) based of heat exchange with the ground.
• The whole house can be hired.
